OK, so I finally joined facebook. I've been putting it off for a while now. Greta has been asking me to and asking me to but I've been reluctant. Don't have a good reason, other than just being too lazy to do it. Hopefully It'll help me stay better connected with friends that I haven't seen or talked to in a while. So thats cool. Wednesday Afternoon

Well today is Wednesday. St Patrick's Day has come and gone. If you're anything like me, you didn't so anything special. Stayed home and watched TV. Anyway, here's today's music clip.

Takin it Easy

Well it Friday and once again nothing special happened during the week. Just a typical week has gone by with nothing new to report. The dawgs won their opening round game in the SEC yesterday so I guess we got that going for us. If the weather holds up, maybe we'll take Lola back to the beach this weekend. I should be doing some yard work instead. that yard isn't going to rake itself. Anyway here is a tune to set the mood for this easy weekend. Have a good one.

Well, It's Monday

Had a great weekend. The weather was perfect and we spent the whole weekend with Lola at the beach. The water was still cold but Lola didn't seem to mind. This is a new spot we found and we'll be going back. It is a little more secluded than our other spot. You're not supposed to have pets on the beach, but I don't think anyone will mind at this location. It is quite a walk from the road and because of the sand dunes, no one can see us anyway. This is on the north side of the island on the sound so there aren't any waves like on the other side. Lola can run free and have fun without being bothered by anyone. Once it gets warmer, we'll be able to get in the water with her and play a little more than we've been able to. Anyway, here is a quick video of it. Friday Ramblin

Here is a song that sets the mood for this Friday. It is supposed to be a good weekend as far as the weather is concerned. We're just going to hang out around the house tonight and who knows what the rest of the weekend will have in store. We'll probably take Lola out to the beach this weekend if everything goes smooth. I might have to check out MSU's baseball game online. They're playing in Hawaii and we won last nights game. Hopefully they'll do well the rest of the trip. Anyway, have a good one

Lola Time

While sitting here today with nothing else to do, I find myself getting more into this blog thing. I've been thinking about the direction I want to go with it. I haven't come up with an answer yet, so I'll stick with my gut and just put up anything I want to. I thought about having a theme to the blog like having everything about MSU or it just being about friends, family, music, etc. In the end, I've decided to incorporate a little bit of it all. Since I haven't tried to learn how to post videos yet, I'll stick to putting up a few pictures of my bulldog. Her name is Lola. As of now, she is 10 months old.

My First Post

Well this is my first post on this blog thingy. I decided to create this out of pure boredom. I've been thinking about it for a little while and finally got off my ass and did it. I've followed other blogs and it looked easy so I thought I would give it a try. In the comming days, weeks, months, I'm sure I'll be posting more of my thoughts, pictures, and videos to share with ya'll. I do have to give props to the poster known as Saddawg over on www.sixpackspeak.yuku.com. Although he doesn't know me, I've followed his blog since he created it. It inspired me to come out of my usual lurking nature and finally post something. If you have any photos or anything cool about MSU or just goofing off you want to send me, I'll look them over and maybe I'll even put them up. Enough for now. I'm off to find some stuff to put up on this thing to get it started. Later
